HourSums calculators run in your browser. No account is required, and we do not ask you for personal information.

Calculator entries

Some HourSums calculators, including the Time Card Calculator and Biweekly Time Card Calculator, save entries locally in your browser so they can be restored when you return. Those saved entries include your display-format choice, hourly rate, overtime settings and the day-by-day times, and the two calculators use separate local storage keys. These locally saved calculator entries are not sent to our servers by those calculator features. Other calculators, such as the Decimal Hours Calculator and Time Duration Calculator, do not currently save calculator entries between visits.

How to remove it

Use the Clear All button on a calculator to reset the visible entries and delete that calculator's saved copy. Clearing your browser's site data removes it as well.

Hosting and server logs

This site is served by a hosting and content-delivery provider, which may process ordinary request information such as your IP address, user agent and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Third-party requests

Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads. That request is separate from your calculator entries, which are never included in it.

Analytics and advertising

HourSums does not currently use analytics or advertising scripts, and it does not sell or share your calculator entries. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated first.
